Tally Hall (also occasionally stylized as tallyhall) is an American rock band formed in December 2002. It is also a meme on the SiIvaGunner channel.

Overview

Tally Hall was first formed in December 2002 by 5 members, all of which distinguished with differently colored ties. They would sign under the label Quack! Media, who would help them release their first studio album.

Their first album, Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum, would release on October 24, 2005. They would go on to receive media attention, with them preforming "Good Day" live on Television and would appear in "You Hear It First", a MTV segment. They would preform "Welcome to Tally Hall" live later on to promote the launch of the Tally Hall Internet Show, a series based around the band and containing music videos for their songs.

In 2011, the band would release their second and currently last studio album, Good & Evil. They would do many things to promote, most notably a contest in which the winner would win a song about them. After this album released, the band would become inactive. Most of the members would go on to do solo projects.

Rips

The first rip to feature the band's music was "Your Best Nightmare (OST Version) - Undertale", which utilized a reversed clip from "Hidden in the Sand". Songs by the band would occasionally see usage mainly within medley rips throughout the channel from then on.

Starting in Season 5, the band would see much more frequent usage during the season, likely due to the band becoming more well known that year. The most used song by the band during this season was "Ruler of Everything".

As a part of SiIvaGunner's Inevitable Holiday Celebration, the channel would celebrate the 19th anniversary of the band's founding. During this event, many songs by the band would be referenced, though some of the rips would feature the band's members' solo projects such as Miracle Musical.

After this event, the band would continue to see usage throughout the channel, with the main songs ripped being "Ruler of Everything", "&", and "Banana Man". Miracle Musical rips also became frequently used after this event.
