"Yo-yo-yo-yo-yo, what it is, motherfuckers!"
―Pac-Man

"Here Comes Pacman" (also referred as "Pacman Smoking Crack" or "Mope"), is a minor meme on the SiIvaGunner channel. It is more popular in the VvvvvaVvvvvvr fan-channel community.

Summary

In July 16, 2006, the video "Here Comes Pacman" was uploaded by YouTube user Haakor. The video's audio comes from a mid-song skit in the American comedy-rock band Bloodhound Gang's single "Mope". In the skit, the band members Jimmy Pop and "Evil" Jared Hasselhoff meet Pac-Man, who announces that he's high on crack, with Jimmy Pop exclaiming "Aw shit! Here comes Pac-Man!" Pac-Man then offers crack to the band members, which they refuse, with Hasselhoff declaring, "Drugs are bad!" Pac-Man calls the two pussies and smokes some crack, and the skit ends with a brief remix of "Start Music". The Haakor video is a reenactment of the skit with a CGI Pac-Man in live-action surroundings. It reverses the order of the first two lines-- "Yo yo yo yo yo! What it is, motherfuckers?" and "Aw shit, here comes Pac-Man!"-- but is otherwise faithful to the original skit.

Rips

Rips featuring "Here Comes Pacman" usually reference the audio included in the Haakor video, often based on the video's structure with the altered line order. Some rips additionally reference or sample the visuals of the Haakor video, such as "Main Theme - Pac-Man", a video parodying the CCC and Haakor, or in YTPMV rips. Less frequent are rips that feature "Mope" separately from the content of the Haakor video, such as "Poison vs. Word Up - DJ Hero" and "Mute City (Explicit)". In addition, a version of the crack-smoking Pac-Man based on his appearance in the official music video for "Mope" appears in "A Party Crashing Announcement".
