Jokes

This is an original composition made for The SilvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis, featuring original vocals performed by Lea Jaffe of the band Dazey and the Scouts. It bears a number of similarities in style to works by Hiroyuki Sawano, particularly the track "Uncontrollable" from Xenoblade Chronicles X; this is referenced in the "Special Thanks" section of the video description. At 3:45, the guitar loosely plays "Smooth".

Additionally, the rip shows visual elements which reflect Smol Nozomi's fight against Angry Joe in "An Acrimonious Assault", the eighth episode of the Christmas Comeback Crisis. The video begins by fading from black and panning down in a view of Grandiose City with The Voice's tower in the center as the logo for the Christmas Comeback Crisis fades in. Two silhouettes are shown in the foreground and are revealed to be Smol Nozomi on her Smolitzer, and Angry Joe in his Bowflexo suit. The portraits of the characters move towards each other as the video continues and falling snow is overlaid on top of the visuals. At 2:53, sparkles appear in the sky in sync with the song's piano notes. At 3:01, when the last chorus begins, the characters are powered up with Christmas Spirit and, with a white flash, the video shows artwork of the two fighting. After the chorus ends, the artworks fades to only showing the powered-up Smol Nozomi on the Smolitzer, which then zooms in until the song ends and the video cuts to black.

This rip was uploaded on June 14, 2017. A month prior to its upload, the instrumental of the song appeared in "An Acrimonious Assault", during the fight between Smol Nozomi and Angry Joe. The song would later be released on December 25, 2018, in THE SILVAGUNNER CHRISTMAS COMEBACK CRISIS ORIGINAL SOUNDTRAXX: vol. 1, an album released by dante containing some of his contributions to the Christmas Comeback Crisis original soundtrack. A remastered version of the song would also be released by dante on June 14, 2020, titled "voiceless (feat. Lea Jaffe) - Digital Remaster". As of January 1, 2024, the original rip has accumulated over 119k views, making it the most popular original composition for the Christmas Comeback Crisis by far.

Ever since its release, the song has also been referenced in many other rips on the channel, the first of which was "Angry Joe's Theme - Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures" on May 29, 2017, uploaded directly after the release of "An Acrimonious Assault". Other original compositions in the Christmas Comeback Crisis also use the song as a leitmotif, such as "MsEw-hold男" and "vlEP". Coincidentally, the song's length nearly matches that of "Snow halation", and the rip's visuals bear a resemblance to the format of character-dedicated "Snow halation" rips.
