Athletic Doctor is a meme on the SiIvaGunner channel that comprises of rips making light of the similarity between the songs "Athletic Theme" and "Witch Doctor", as well as references to the first rip to do so, "Athletic Theme (PAL Version) - Super Mario World", which is also the most popular rip on SiIvaGunner.

Various people have made the comparison over the years. For example, the mashup "Witch doctor steals from Super Mario World" was uploaded to YouTube by Adolffan95 in October 2010, and the mashup "Witch Yo'ster" was uploaded to YouTube by spade in February 2012.

The most common way that Athletic Doctor manifests in rips is recreating "Athletic Theme (PAL Version) - Super Mario World" using different advertised tracks that are arrangements of "Athletic Theme", such as in "Hightail Falls Galaxy - Super Mario Galaxy 2", "Yoshi's Island - Super Smash Bros. Melee", or "Athletic Theme - Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World". In these rips, the structure of the rip is copied directly from "Athletic Theme (PAL Version) - Super Mario World", first being a melody change, and then becoming a mashup with the melody change during the loop.

In rips of other tracks, the meme is less common but still gets featured sometimes by placing "Athletic Theme" and "Witch Doctor" together in a medley rip. Also, on occasional, "Witch Doctor" appears by itself but is still connected to the meme via the usage of the mix name PAL Version. This version of the meme is used for a notable series of Super Mario World rips that combine different tracks from the game with different songs from the band Cartoons. These rips use the meme in a more indirect fashion, but still connect back by using the mix name PAL Version.
