Overview
Saidai Seichi Carnival does not appear in the anime adaption of Lucky Star, but is featured in Volume 8 of the "Lucky Star Character Songs" albums. The song is sung by recurring character Patricia Martin (more commonly known as Patty), a first-year transfer student from the United States. The song is about Patty explaining how great of a place Akihabara is.
Rips
Saidai Seichi Carnival first appeared in "Butter Building (NTSC-J Version) - Super Smash Bros. Brawl". It then became recurring throughout Season 7, becoming one of the first new channel memes of the season. Furthermore, Patty is frequently used as the personification of the song and has been featured as a character in various rips.

Event
Saidai Seichi Carnival got its' own event on May 31st, 2023, celebrating the twelfth anniversary of The Nutshack ending and National Flip Flop Day. "Please read the channel channel channel description." was used for the description of Saidai Seichi Carnival rips uploaded, referencing the lyric "AKIHABARA-bara-bara-bara TOWN".
