SiIvaCraft Resource Pack

"SiIvaCraft" (also known as "SiIvaCraft AV&BM Resource Pack") is a high quality Minecraft resource pack by SiIvaGunner. It was released on July 31, 2022, alongside the corresponding album SiIvaCraft - Volume Alpha Version & Beta Mix.

Overview

"SiIvaCraft" is a resource pack made for Minecraft: Java Edition versions 1.16 and above. The main content of the pack is its music, comprised of original arrangements of all of C418's music from the soundtrack albums Minecraft - Volume Alpha and Volume Beta, which were uploaded on the SiIvaGunner channel during the Minecraft - Volume Alpha and Beta Day channel event and subsequently released alongside the pack in the album SiIvaCraft - Volume Alpha Version & Beta Mix. The pack also replaces a handful of sound effects and several textures. Version 1.2 of the pack also replaces the ambient cave sounds, which were uploaded on the channel throughout May and June 2024.

Additionally, the pack contains some changes to in-game text:

All title screen splash texts are replaced with new ones, containing various references to SiIvaGunner memes (see "Splashes").
The Ender Dragon is renamed to "Grander Dadgon", referencing Grand Dad, with all associated items and text changed accordingly.
- The Dragon Egg is renamed to "Dadgon Egg".
- The Dragon Head is renamed to "Dadgon Head".
- The Dragon Fireball is renamed to "Dadgon Fireball".
The end poem is replaced with a transcript of the narration in "An evolutionary announcement", the pack's announcement video.

What am I listening to?
It’s the Minecraft theme, man. You know, “Minecraft” from Minecraft?
Well, this is awful! Come on, man, turn it off!
Right. Well, there’s the start of Minecraft rips on SiIvaGunner. Quite humble beginnings, and it’s a far cry from what we’ve accomplished today... Well, before I show you that, I need to explain how we got here.
There we go. Two months after the original rip, another version of the Minecraft main theme was uploaded, featuring an infamous inspector and reviewer duo.
Actually, Inspector Gadget was the reviewer-
You can shut up now. In 2017, a clone of Inspector Gadget took over SiIvaGunner, permanently connecting Minecraft’s representation on the channel to Mike Matei’s classic skit. It also kicked off the “Boss” series of rips, original remixes of the Inspector Gadget theme and other memes, presented as a Minecraft track.
Minecraft with Gadget would continue to be popular across the following year, while rips of Minecraft were mostly used for mashups, or as a guise for something completely different. Sometimes, Minecraft music wouldn’t even be part of the rip at all.
Nonetheless, the game’s culture was still referenced in other rips through creative use of Minecraft parodies, like 2019’s “Revenge Halation” or even the “Mining Your Ores” music video, an original Minecraft parody of “Doing Your Mom”.
Minecraft also made two appearances during 2019’s King for Another Day event, with the arrangements being a reggaeton take on Minecraft with Gadget and a more forgotten piece of Minecraft’s soundtrack.
The game’s horizons on the channel continued to broaden as different types of arrangements and melodyswaps would be created more often as SiIvaGunner entered 2020.
2020 and 2021 especially saw the release of many rips of other games, edited into the most popular Minecraft songs.
But Minecraft’s reach on the channel didn’t stop at the base game. Rips of spinoffs, like Minecraft: Story Mode, or mods like the iconic Twilight Forest Mod, supplanted what was expected from Minecraft rips.
Sometimes for the worse.
At this point, Minecraft was clearly very appreciated on SiIvaGunner. And for good reason - the free sandbox exploration nature of Minecraft gives every player near-endless possibilities for creativity, in a similar way that SiIvaGunner offers near-endless possibilities with their rips.
Want to make a gigantic castle built into the ocean?
Go for it!
Want to put the Flintstones opening theme into a Super Mario 64 track?
Not sure why you would do that, because it’s ridiculous... but you can!
These two are practically the same in ideology, which could be why Minecraft became so popular on the channel.
People love creativity, and the Minecraft rips, no matter what their contents are, are some of the most creative uploads on the channel. 
How could you possibly honor the game further?
By going back to its musical roots. We’ve created a new type of SiIvaGunner album, that arranges every track from the original Volume Alpha and Beta soundtracks one-to-one. Even the weird ones. Hopefully this will serve as an appropriate tribute to the biggest game of all time. And after this? The future of Minecraft on SiIvaGunner is as open-ended as its infinite worlds. I can’t wait to see what comes next.

Most in-game tracks by C418 have been replaced with their respective counterparts from SiIvaCraft - Volume Alpha Version & Beta Mix, with some additional tracks from the album included as well. All replaced tracks play in the same locations as they do in vanilla Minecraft.

A few sound effects are replaced in the pack, five related to the Ender Dragon and one related to the Totem of Undying. These new sounds match the new textures of their respective sources.

Cave sounds

Version 1.2 of the pack also contains replacements for all 23 ambient cave sounds, which are edited versions of the original audio files.

Textures

The pack replaces several of the game's textures. Notably, all paintings are replaced with various SiIvaGunner references, all music discs with replaced audio are changed to reference their respective arrangements' contents, and a few textures related to the End dimension are changed to reference 7 GRAND DAD.

Version 1.2 of the pack adds replacements for all 20 paintings added in Minecraft version 1.21, and replaces the high-definition logos added in Minecraft version 1.20.
