The Gegagedigedagedago Nugget's Birthday (if interpreting said video in the United States date format) was celebrated on the SiIvaGunner channel with a channel event in 2024.

Summary

All rips uploaded on this day referenced the American country folk song "Cotton-Eyed Joe", most commonly using the version by Rednex or the version associated with the "Roblox Chicken Nugget / Gegagedigedagedago" meme.

Starting with the second rip, the catchphrase was changed to "Foyainpoinfomalashon, we reda janal dekijo.", referencing the meme. A handful of rips throughout the event would use "WHAT? Help Me!" as the catchphrase and the final rip of the event, "Radio - Interactive Buddy", had a catchphrase of "Remember Me!".

After the release of "Minecraft - Minecraft: China Edition", the banner would change be changed throughout the event to several different ones:

  • The first banner included a member of Rednex (as seen in "Cotton Eye Joe"'s music video) and the Gegagedigedagedago nugget in front of the lighthouse, with Tito Dick, Nozomi, and Grand Dad's faces edited to have the ROBLOX Man Face.
  • The second banner removed both the member of Rednex and the Gegagedigedagedago nugget, with Tito Dick, Nozomi, and Grand Dad being placed in front of the Tengami lighthouse.
  • The third banner included the following:
    • The ROBLOX Man Face edited on the square usually unseen on the banner.
    • Various characters of the Gegagedigedagedago series by GoLuB.
    • The Texas and United States flags.
    • Pomni and the Boykisser, both edited to include cowboy hats.
    • A spaceship that is used in Gegagedigedagedago videos.
  • The fourth banner included the following:
  • The fifth banner was another major edit with the following, some of which referenced other rips.
    • The background used is the desert background mainly used in various Gegagedigedagedago videos
    • The various cosmic Gegagedigedagedago characters.
    • Runner from the Run series with the ROBLOX Man Face
    • The characters seen in the rip "Main Theme - Suneo Boy Adventure"

  • The sixth banner was an edit of the previous banner with the deepfake version of the ROBLOX Man Face added over.
  • The seventh banner was an edit of the first banner for the SiIvaGunner All-Star Summer Festival 2021: Legends of the Western Sunset event, with Redwood replaced by the Gegagedigedagedago cowboy nugget.
  • The eighth banner added a member of Rednex to the previous banner.

The avatar was also changed to several different ones throughout the event:

Partway through the day, the channel trailer and featured video for returning subscribers was set to the rip "Athletic Theme (PAL Version) (Beta Mix) - Super Mario World".

Rips uploaded

As well as "Cotton-Eyed Joe" by Rednex and "Cotton Eye Joe #cottoneyejoe" by TikToker @razioff, rips also frequently referenced the Gegagedigedagedago-themed uploads of the YouTube channel Max Design Pro, including artwork and characters from the channel's videos and clips frequently used by the channel of JonTron saying "What?" from "Anti Drug Games" and Kevin Hart saying "Help me!" from Kevin Hart: Let Me Explain. The first 2 rips of the event also referenced the United States anthem, in reference to the United States' Independence day. It could also be a reference to the start of the Hampsterdance 22nd Anniversary event, which started similarly.

As well as this, a handful of rips also featured sources relating to The Amazing Digital Circus and Boykisser, referencing several rips where the sources were paired together during the April Fools' Day 2024 event. Several rips would also feature songs used in various Gegagedigedagedago videos, such as "drankdrankdrank" by Nettspend and "Sexy and I Know It" by LMFAO.

Prior to the event, "A Long Time Ago... - Robotrek" was uploaded to foreshadow it, in reference to the lyrics of the song.

Rips were uploaded hourly before changing to every 30 minutes after the release of "Yankee Doodle - Fisher-Price I Can Remember", and then 15 minutes with the release of "Main Theme - Suneo Boy Adventure".

History

Myeauxyoozi originally pitched the idea for the event.[1][2] The event was pitched before the debut of Gegagedigedagedago on the channel, and it was decided to focus the event on the meme afterwards.[3]

    Cotton Eye Joe event was in the talks before April Fools but it being Geda focused was not until after because no one knew what a Gedagedi was (including minindo) until I submitted famous console startups
