Christmas Spirit
First appearance"Advent of Hell (Episode 6) - The SilvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis" (December 31, 2016)

Christmas Spirit is a powerful green substance first introduced in The SilvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis. Produced by Santa Claus through worldwide appreciation of Christmas, Christmas Spirit imbues whomever receives it with immense power.

Appearances

President Haltmann, the assistant of the Voice Inside Your Head, documented the history and characteristics of Christmas Spirit in Christmas Spirit [FILE-07] - Haltmann's Archives. Christmas Spirit was first discovered by Haltmann's Patrol Bots in a production facility in the North Pole. Based on Haltmann's findings, Christmas Spirit is highly volatile and makes a sleigh bell noise. Santa likely used the Christmas Spirit to give himself superhuman strength as well as augment his weapons, such as the bombs he used in the 2002 Iraq bombing. It was found that Christmas Spirit could be obtained by festive activities, including the production of high quality rips.

During The Christmas Comeback Crisis, the Voice sought to attain Christmas Spirit in order to fuel his takeover of Grandiose City. To meet this end, he put SiIvaGunner in an eternal sleep with a mind-reading helmet in order to harvest the Spirit from his dreams, put JustinRPG in charge of a facility to produce artificial Christmas Spirit, and captured Santa Claus, holding him captive in his own workshop. However, Smol Nozomi and Meta Knight found Santa captive in Advent of Hell (Episode 6) and freed him. After this, Santa destroyed his workshop in order to prevent the Spirit from falling into the wrong hands. However, he kept several vials of it as backup in case things went awry.

In Loves the Ladies (Episode 7) - The SilvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis, Angry Joe also obtained a vial of Christmas Spirit, which he gave to the Voice. Later on, Joe fought Nozomi's Smolitzer in his own robot, the Mecha-Dick MK-II. The Mecha-Dick pummeled the Smolitzer, forcing Santa to use one of his vials to power it and destroy the Mecha-Dick. But in their second encounter, Joe used his own vial given by the Voice in order to empower himself and knock out almost everyone, though Nozomi and Snoop Dogg still managed to defeat him.

When entering the Voice's tower, now taken over by Haltmann, Nozomi, Santa, and Meta Knight fell into the Voice's secret lab, where they found large vats full of artificial Christmas Spirit. They also found JustinRPG, who planned to use the Christmas Spirit and bring his true love, Reshiram, to life. The Voice, still present in the castle, spoke to Justin through an overhead speaker, disapproving of Justin's actions but allowing him to create Reshiram anyway. However, upon her creation, Reshiram ate Justin, forming a hybrid monstrosity known as Ju'Reshoggoth. Ju'Reshoggoth ripped off Santa's arm and knocked out Meta Knight, but before it could kill everybody, Santa used all his remaining Christmas Spirit and killed the monster.

Variants

Halloween Spirit

In Comeback Crisis: The Lost Rip - A SilvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis Side Story, The Voice's other way of manufacturing Christmas Spirit (harvesting it from SiIva's dreams) took a disturbing turn when SiIva, now asleep for almost two years, started to have nightmares instead. This caused SiIva to produce the powerful substance known as Halloween Spirit, which possessed and killed many (including Haltmann, the Voice, Nozomi, Santa, and Meta Knight) before finally being stopped by Wood Man, Reader, and a now-reawakened SiIvaGunner (although it is unknown how canon this event is).

Halloween Spirit would be canonized in within the main Lore in "Holiday Spirit [FILE-INT-FOOLS] - Haltmann's Archives", with its effects matching the ones seen in "Comeback Crisis: The Lost Rip". This type of spirit takes the form of a red mist, rather than a liquid. It causes those affected by it to vividly hallucinate, as well as be hyper-aggressive, and have a lingering sense of dread. These side effects deemed it to be too dangerous for use within Haltmann Works Company.

Fool's Spirit

Fool's Spirit, a variant of Christmas Spirit tied to April Fools' Day events, was introduced in Christmas Spirit [FILE-07] (Beta Mix) - Haltmann's Archives. Fool's Spirit has a pink colour, is highly unpredictable and has the ability to warp space-time around itself. The unpredictability of this type of Holiday Spirit makes it very hard to utilize, with Reader and Jerome being the only known characters who are able to harness it, as seen in Mystery of the SiIcret Gunner - A SiIvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis Side Story.

In the aforementioned video, Reader and Jerome use the power of Fool's Spirit to transform into Dragon Ball's "Super Saiyan" form, to summon their Stands "Beader" and "Berome" and to shoot rainbow beams from their hands to kill Naxx Guyfieri.

Easter Spirit

Easter Spirit is a type of Holiday Spirit tied to Easter that was introducted in "Mystery of the SiIcret Gunner - A SiIvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis Side Story". It takes the form of Easter Eggs and possesses the ability to both resurrect the dead and cure the effects of Halloween Spirit. In the aforementioned video, Naxx Guyfieri is resurrected 3 days later after every time he was killed by Reader and Jerome thanks to his usage of this type of Holiday Spirit. However, Naxx was unable to revive himself after Reader and Jerome used Fool's Spirit to kill him.

Easter Spirit would later make a return in "My Last Stand (Funny Jojoke haHA) - A SiIvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis Side Story". Following the event of "Comeback Crisis: The Lost Rip", Reader, Wood Man, The Voice and Haltmann set out to obtain this type of Spirit in an attempt to cure the Figments that were corrupted by Halloweeb Spirit. During this journey, they travel to Easter Island and meet the Easter Bunny, the original master of Easter Spirit, who is killed by Wood Man after he refuses to hand the Spirit to them.

Following the deaths of the Easter Bunny and Naxx Guyfieri, it is established in the aforementioned video's post-credits scene that the Rabbit from Othello World became the new master of Easter Spirit. In the video "Game with Rabbit Set Up (In-Game Version) - Othello World", the Rabbit spreads Easter Spirit across the various universes seen in the channel's lore, which results in the Easter 2025 event.

Other

Aside from the three variants mentioned above, several other, more minor variants of Christmas Spirit were introduced in "Holiday Spirit [FILE-INT-FOOLS] - Haltmann's Archives".

  • Valentine's Spirit is tied to Valentine's Day and shares many of the same attributes as Christmas Spirit thanks to their holidays sharing a theme of love and compassion. Additionally, Valentine's Spirit is a lavender colored watery substance, exudes a flowery aroma and acts as an aphrodisiac with prolonged contact. The Haltmann Works Company studied this type of Spirit prior to an incident involving Valentine's Spirit and Spark the Electric Jester, which caused the company's HR department to prohibit further testing.
  • Thanksgiving Spirit is tied to Thanksgiving and its composition is similar to gravy. The effect of this type of Holiday Spirit are dependant on the nationality of the person its injecting into, with Americans displaying agitation and anger that can devolve into shouting matches about politics and American football.
  • Mother's Spirit is tied to Mother's Day and is an orange substance that smells like a home-cooked meal. Any person that comes into contact with it will have their morale boosted and gain a desire to call their own mother.
  • Father's Spirit is a hypothetical counterpart to Mother's Spirit tied to Father's Day. Its existence is unconfirmed and its properties are unknown, as Haltmann vetoed his company's research into this type of Spirit and its potential applications in reuniting him with Susie.
