"Megalomania (memória! Version) - Live A Live" is a high quality rip of the memória! version of "Megalomania" from Live A Live.

Joke

The rip begins with "MEGALOVANIA" (like "Megalomania - Live A Live" does) with the Undertale background. It shifts up one semitone in pitch after every bar until 0:09, where it gets melody-swapped to the advertised track. The background also gradually fades from the Undertale background to the advertised game's background. At 0:15, the rip becomes a mashup of the melody-swapped "MEGALOVANIA" and "Waters of Nazareth". When this happens, the background of the video changes to a mix of Justice's logo (from their album ) and the logo of the advertised game. At 0:46, the melody-swapped "MEGALOVANIA" is swapped out for the advertised track, until near the end at 4:39 where it was swapped back in. At 1:20, an unknown sound effect plays at the end of the drop. The logo disappears and reappears throughout the rip in sync with its melody breaks.

Trivia

  • "memória!" is a reference to the album memória! ~ The Very Best of Yoko Shimomura which features a vocal track of "Megalomania".
    • The word itself means "memory" in Hungarian and Portuguese.
  • The combination of “Megalovania” and “Waters of Nazareth” is a reference to “Waters of Megalovania” by BotanicSage, a popular mashup of the two songs. This is supported by the rip’s album name.
  • The rip was originally named "Megalomania (memória Version) - Live A Live".[1]
