BotanicSage is a mashup artist and a minor contributor to the SiIvaGunner channel.

History

BotanicSage is arguably one of SiIvaGunner's most famous members alongside Triple-Q. He started his career in 2011 by uploading countless "Space Jam" and video game mashups on his YouTube channel, then progressively started to expand his material. Some of his most popular non-SiIvaGunner mashups include:

• "Waters of Megalovania" ("Megalovania" and Justice's "Waters of Nazareth")
• "Turn Down For Whammu?" (Pillar Men Theme and DJ Snake and Lil Jon's "Turn Down for What")
• "K.K. Good Day" (Animal Crossing's "K.K. Cruisin'" and Ice Cube's "It Was a Good Day")
• "Baby Got DLC" (Mario Kart 8's "Electrodrome" and Sir Mix A Lot's "Baby Got Back".)

His usual avatar is the blue Toad from Super Mario Galaxy's Toad Brigade, and occasionally Roy Koopa.

BotanicSage's first known contribution was "Can You Really Call This A Hotel... (Beta Mix) - Undertale" which was uploaded to the GiIvaSunner channel on March 2, 2016. The rip has not been reuploaded since the GiIvaSunner channel's termination but can still be listened to on GilvaSunner's Highest Quality Video Game Rips: Volume 1.

On the SiIvaGunner channel, it is a running joke to make rips that start the same as BotanicSage's mashups, but shortly through the rip the source used switches to either a parody of the song or a completely unrelated song. Such rips have his username credited as the composer of the song. Examples of these rips include "Electrodrome - Mario Kart 8" and "K.K. Cruisin' - Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome amiibo".
