The rip is performed as a round of a vore-themed EVO spoof by the name of "EVORE Vorarephilia Championships", where VorederlandsFan88 and GayBronyGamer72 are hosting a M.U.G.E.N. fight between BuggyBoyAte (Russia) and SnakeEater (USA) playing as Haruhi Suzumiya and Pinkie Pie respectively.
The battle takes place in the Last Corridor from Undertale, with various characters dressed as Sans in the background. During the fight, many of the attacks used involve vore.
In the end, SnakeEater wins by two consecutive rounds.
