At 0:12, we hear President Haltmann laugh. From after that point on, the melody of "The Noble Haltmann" is added throughout the track, with the instrumentation used changing to match the respective section of "VANESSA", as Haltmann's laughter continues to be heard at certain intervals. At 0:56, the "P-R-O-G-R-A-M" melody is added.
Visuals
The rip's visual is a spoof of the in-game visual for this song. The various instances of Vanessa de Verdet's portrait have his head replaced with Haltmann's, and the "VANESSA" typography is replaced with "HALTMANN". At 0:56, in sync with the introduction of "P-R-O-G-R-A-M", Susie pops out from behind the portrait and fades out, her eyes fading last. At 1:06, Susie appears again, this time directly facing the viewer, and her eyes glow red.
