At the start, the ticking noise at the beginning of the advertised track is extended to loop much longer. Starting at 0:09, various Filthy Frank greenscreen clips play over the track: "Welcome to The Filthy Frank Show" at 0:09, a unknown one at 0:36, and "You really need to stop." at 1:36.

At 1:51, "Potter Puppet Pals: The Mysterious Ticking Noise" by Neil Cicierega is mashed up with the ticking noise, which continues until 3:18, where the the subsequent explosion from "The Mysterious Ticking Noise" is dubbed over with an explosion from the Team Fortress 2 promotional short "Meet the Demoman" as the looping music cuts off, followed by the rest of "Meet the Demoman" playing for the remainder of the rip.

After a few seconds of silence, the rip ends an audio clip of Patrick saying "Wumbo" from the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy IV".
