The rip plays gameplay footage of a modded version of the level with the following changes:

• Starting at 0:48, Tankman and Boyfriend sing "Radioactive" by Imagine Dragons, with the instrumental also arranged to (and mashed up with) "Radioactive". In addition, the inhale from "Radioactive" is inserted at the appropriate place, while the "Ugh!" from the Friday Night Funkin' track "Ugh" stands in for the exhale.
• As is customary with most Friday Night Funkin' rips, Boyfriend and Girlfriend die with blue balls despite winning the level.
