This is yet another spoof of "Snowmobile Accident", a video uploaded on the GilvaSunner channel on December 26, 2011. The original video consisted of footage of a snowmobile accident from "Grazy hill climb crash with go pro cam." by Kris Kenni Støvlbæk, set to "Slider" from Super Mario Galaxy 2.
In this video, "Komm, süsser Tod" starts fading in at the beginning. When the accident occurs, "Komm, süsser Tod"'s vocals are mashed up with "Slider", which is melody-swapped with "Komm, süsser Tod"'s vocal melody. The "Slider" melodyswap begins at the same time as the main "Slider" melody of the original "Snowmobile Accident" video. At 1:24, a clip of the "Komm, süsser Tod" lyrics "It all comes tumbling down, tumbling down, tumbling down" plays as the snowmobile tumbles down the mountain. As the video fades to black at 2:15, Grand Dad's head can be seen superimposed over the person that tries to stop the snowmobile, a joke carried over from SiIvaGunner's first "Snowmobile Accident" spoof. After the video completely fades to black, "Slider" stops playing, leaving only the "Komm, süsser Tod" vocals.
