Per the moot, this serves to address the category Rips referencing Athletic Doctor, and whether it should be converted to a normal meme category, i.e. Rips featuring Athletic Doctor.
History/Current situation regarding the category (from the moot):

It wasn't actually created until it was approved in the October 7th, 2023 moot however, and the Triple-Q category was cited as precedent. While this category is mostly about Witch Doctor/Super Mario World pairings, this actually has even more non-pairing rips than Triple-Q, with several rips being labeled as a "direct usage".
Note for clarity: Since the category already exists, "oppose" in this context means "do nothing". If one believes this should not be categorized at all, that is a restructure.
I think the category is currently fine as is. I think there's a clear distinction between memes and references to existing rips and that the two should not overlap.
The idea was brought up in the moot that the meme could technically not be the actual rip itself, but rather just the general noted similarity between Witch Doctor/Super Mario World, since that existed long before the rip. Under this, it would just be that it happens a lot of rips using the meme also reference the first rip that used the meme.

it’s interesting because this pairing existed before that rip and that rip is referencing that, so i think it makes sense to treat this as an external thing being referenced although it feels a bit nebulous (since i dont think many of the channel uses and references by rippers had that in mind). i dont mind it being a meme tho it clearly has usage and works as a meme
gut feeling: . this isn't what I would define a meme as, unless under better characterized circumstances. also, would be strange to have three pages on essentially the same phenomenon.
...but this is an interesting combination. originates from music circles years prior to ripping.
Honestly I don't think it's that wild to say that the rip is the meme because it is something on the channel spreading in a memetic nature, but IDK I don't really feel too strongly about this either way so I'm not going to vote for now

it is a trend of usage specific to siivagunner. This is literally the most "siivagunner" a siivagunner meme can possibly get because even the thing being referenced is generally tied to the channel
this and wii shop bling boggle my mind a little bit, but having siivagunner unique media isnt entirely out of range of being a meme, after all voiceless is a meme and thats entirely original.
not to mention we can finally stop treating witch doctor and athletic theme as seperate memes
well i feel it would be warranted in future for athletic doctor specifically, the two sources dont have nearly as many seperated instances as wii shop and hotline bling
