The rip uses the instrumental of "Patient (Unused) (Alpha Mix) - Homestuck" as a base instead of the original track, subtly referencing "Main Theme (Alternate) - e".

"e (Euler's Number)" is pitch-shifted and mashed up with the advertised track. At 0:15, clips of James Grime from "e (Euler's Number)" is sentence-mixed to say the digits of e, extending what he says in the original video. At 0:30, the ripper sings lyrics inspired by "e (Euler's Number)" to the track's melody:
