"mariokart start your engine but the engine doesnt start" is a high quality rip of an edit of "Start Your Engines" from Mario Kart DS where it depicts the engine not starting.
Jokes
The rip begins as advertised, playing a blue balls edit of "Start Your Engines" alongside a car stalling sound. At 0:22, xonthebeat's producer tag plays, with the rip then arranging "MICROWAVE TYPE BEAT" by xonthebeat using the beeps starting at 0:26. The rip ends abruptly.
The thumbnail depicts a watermarked shutterstock image of a car with smoke billowing out of its open hood on the side of what appears to be a UK motorway. Mario is placed in front of it, with his face warped to create a frustrated scowl as Lakitu films him from above. Item boxes are also visible behind the car, and a blurred Spiny Shell is flying towards him from the left.
Luigi can be seen in the opposite carriageway giving the death stare while driving in the wrong direction. Urotsuki from Yume 2kki and a still from this frog gif are further up the road near the oncoming white car. Several tiny Hamood Habibi's are located in the grass on the bottom right of the image.
