Jokes
This rip is mainly an arrangement of the song "Natural Killer Cyborg" from MOTHER 3 using the instruments found in the advertised track, with some added samples of the melody of "MEGALOVANIA" added in.
At 1:22, the intro to "MEGALOVANIA" is looped for the rest of the rip and the first two notes of the intro get progressively deeper with every repetition. This is most likely a reference to the first Megalovania rip uploaded to the GiIvaSunner channel.
