Instead, this is a Christmas-themed arrangement of "Theme of Kramer (Kramer Love Theme) - Kramer Hentai Adventure", an original composition by yodooder[1] which samples Michael Richards's racist rant that was uploaded as a rip to Flustered Fernando for its celebration of the rant's 10th anniversary. This arrangement does not sample the rant.

  • This rip was involved in The SiIvaGunner CCC ARG: The video originally had single tag, which is "n****r". A since-deleted comment (possibly by YouTube's spam filter, since the comment was several paragraphs from the Wikipedia article for the country of Niger) on it by an account named "Mr Borrow" (a variant of Mr Rental) had to be located by participants, because the account hosted a video named "the real Sex., Fusion Collab" which contained a hidden message needed to continue the ARG.
    • Sometime around or before November 2024, the keyword was removed.
