Jokes
This is an arrangement of "Title Theme" from Kirby's Pinball Land. From 0:12 to 0:24, the scream from "The Penis (Eek!)" plays, and the vocals from "Balls in Yur Jaws" by Kornell Aka Piermid are added to the arrangement. At 0:36, a clip of the scream from the video "Kirby falls into the abyss" plays.
This arrangement's title and jokes are references to the "ANON GET OUT!" /v/ post, which is about the poster walking in on their parents having oral sex as "Title Theme" plays on their Game Boy. Each joke is also properly timed to when each event happens in the original post (the "The Penis (Eek!)" part happens when the poster discovers his parents, "Balls in Yur Jaws" refers to the act of oral sex, and the final scream is the scream when the poster's parents tell him to get out of the room).
