No elements of the advertised track are present in this rip.

Instead, the rip is a Windows Movie Maker style parody of a top 10 list of supposed predictions that came from The Simpsons including one on predicting "anime weeb shit" and one on The Voice Inside Your Head "becoming president and ruler of grandopolis". The music used is a mashup of "Gimme Yours" by AZ ft. Nas and "リサフランク420 - 現代のコンピュー" by Vektroid, with "Title Theme & Ending" added at 0:44. Various images are used throughout the slideshow, with some images as well as points having jokes:

  • Number 8 uses Wrecking Crew despite not actually being released in 2013, with a scene from the music video of "Wrecking Ball" by Miley Cyrus, most likely a misreading of "Wrecking Ball", which was released in 2013, with "Wrecking Crew".
  • Number 3 is a screenshot edit of the episode "Itchy & Scratchy & Marge" from The Simpsons, with the television screen changed to be of Nico Yazawa and Nozomi Tojo from the OVA from Love Live.
  • Number 2 references "Wii Shop Bling".
  • Number 1 uses an edit of an image from the "Trumptastic Voyage" short, with Donald Trump's head replaced by The Voice and the "TRUMP" text on the podium changed to "VOICE".

At 1:27, it switches over to an image of Peter Griffin eating Brian Griffin, where he declares "Peter, you ass", with an image of Hideo Kojima, flipping the bird, with the caption "Here's To You", appearing for a split-second.
