Jokes
The instruments from the advertised track are arranged to "Dragonborn" from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
At 0:15, the thumbnail cuts to an edit of the notebook screen from Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning with Todd Howard's face instead of Baldi's. The questions are changed to "WOULD YOU BUY KINGDOM HEARTS III?", "WOULD YOU BUY SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE?", and "WOULD YOU BUY THE ELDER SCROLLS VI?".
The player answers "YES" to the first two, and "NO" to the last, prompting Howard to say "I HEAR EVERY GAME YOU BUY" and frown, much like Baldi's frown and phrase, "I HEAR EVERY DOOR YOU OPEN". The track "Hang" from the advertised game also plays at this moment.
