This rip is an arrangement of the song from the "David S. Pumpkins" Saturday Night Live sketch in the style and instrumentation of the advertised track.
At the end of the rip, the dog instrument is repeated at a fast rate to simulate the dialogue sound effects used in Undertale. It is played three times, followed by a short pause, and played again nine times. This is most likely to spell out "any questions", the phrase said by David Pumpkins in the sketch after his theme ends.
