"Credits - Damned Daniel" is a high quality rip of "Credits" from Damned Daniel.
Jokes
This rip contains nothing from Damned Daniel. Instead, this is an edit of "Snow halation" with its vocals replaced with pitch-shifted clips from Josholzz's "Damn Daniel" video. At 1:36, audio from an ABC News story about Josholzz being swatted plays over "Snow halation"'s instrumental solo. At 2:53, audio from the "Damn Daniel" video plays over the ending to "Snow halation".
The rip has the same format as other character-dedicated "Snow halation" rips, with μ's' stage, animated snow, and a relevant character, in this case Daniel Lara from the "Damn Daniel" video, appearing. However, it is deliberately sloppier than usual; the snow is improperly chroma-keyed in from the video "Snow Green Screen Effect (Real Snow)" by Creative Film, with large green areas still visible and with the music from the video ("Passing Time" by Kevin MacLeod) playing throughout the entire rip, and Daniel Lara is poorly cut-out and, unusually, rises from the bottom of the screen in addition to fading in. At 2:08, the stage's lights turn yellow with a circular wipe.
Trivia
- In keeping with the deliberate crudeness of the rip, the rip's video quality is unusually low for SiIvaGunner, only going up to 480p.
- This rip was a fakeout ending for the Damn Daniel 6th Anniversary event, since "Snow halation" mashups and rips of "ending scene" or "credits roll" tracks are often associated with the endings of channel events. To further sell the fakeout, there was a pause of about an hour between the upload of this rip and the next rip, "MeGaLoVania - Homestuck".[1]
