"An announcement from your new leader" is a high quality lore/announcement video by SiIvaGunner. In it, President Haltmann takes over the SiIvaGunner channel and replaces Inspector Gadget as the channel host. The video was also used to announce the album Inspector Gunner.

Context

In "[AUDIOLOG: 1927, HEAD_OFFICE]", Inspector Gadget trashes The Voice Inside Your Head's office and replaces him as the channel host. It is implied that Haltmann built Gadget as revenge for trying to deceive him in Episode 7 of The SilvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis.

This video confirms this theory and introduces President Haltmann as the new channel host, with Gadget "terminated" by a DMCA takedown request by "Mark Timotei" (a reference to Mike Matei and the DMCA claims on re-uploads of "Minecraft with Gadget").
