Description

Provides an infobox for articles about contributors on the SiIvaGunner channel.

Parameters

• name (or title): The name of the contributor; defaults to the name of the article this template is invoked on
• image: An image of the contributor or their profile picture
• caption: A caption for the image
• aliases (or other aliases): Any other aliases that the contributor goes by on albums
• active: The contributor's active period(s) as a contributor
• first: The first rip that the contributor contributed to
• last: The last rip that the contributor contributed to (if applicable)
• youtube: A link to the contributor's YouTube channel (if applicable)
• twitter: A link to the contributor's Twitter account (if applicable)
• bluesky: A link to the contributor's Bluesky account (if applicable)
• soundcloud: A link to the contributor's Soundcloud account (if applicable)
• bandcamp: A link to the contributor's Bandcamp page (if applicable)
• spotify: A link to the contributor's Spotify page (if applicable)
• newgrounds: A link to the contributor's Newgrounds page (if applicable)
• instagram: A link to the contributor's Instagram page (if applicable)
• category: This parameter specifies which category page and which list of contributions page to link to in the "Number of credits" heading (see "Automatic additions" below). This parameter must not have any unnecessary spaces or symbols to work properly.

Usage on category pages

This template can also be used on contributors' pages in the Category namespace, but only in cases where the contributor has a category but not an article. The first and last parameters will not work on category pages, since the contributor's rips should already be listed on the category page. (This does not apply if a contributor has a list of contributions page and the list has been moved to that article.)

Automatic categorization

• Articles that use this template are automatically categorized into Category:Contributors.
• Categories that use this template are automatically categorized into Category:Rips by author.
• If the contributor's article exists and is not a redirect, but the template is being used on the contributor's category, the page will be categorized into Category:Contributor categories with unneeded infobox. If this occurs, the infobox should be moved to the contributor's article and should not be present on the category.
• If the contributor's article does not exist but the template is being used on the contributor's category, the page will be categorized into Category:Contributor categories without redirect page. If this occurs, the redirect should be created and added to Category:Contributor redirects.

Automatic additions

• On articles, this infobox automatically adds a link to the contributor's Category:Rips by author subcategory in the "Number of credits" field. (The link is not added on categories, as the template would be linking back to itself; instead, the number of contributions is added without the link.) The parameter category can be used to override the category name. If the category doesn't exist, then the link is omitted.
• On both articles and categories, the infobox adds a link to the contributor's list of contributions page, if it exists, also in the "Number of credits" field. The parameter category will also override the part of the list article's title that contains the contributor's name. If the contributor's category doesn't exist, then this link is also omitted.
