Haltmann Works Co. Internal Database Portal (hwcinternaldb.highquality.rip) is a high-quality website used as the starting point for The Susie ARG during Christmas 2024. It was revealed through the final segment of "SiIva Direct 12.19.2024".

When the database is loaded for the first time, it displays a start-up animation with the following text:

Subsequent visits to the database instead show a truncated version of the startup sequence with the following text:

After the premiere of "Regarding Susie [FILE-INT-RESPH] - Haltmann's Archives", an additional line of text was added to the sequence, reading:

Message from the Administrator: Haltmann Works Company reconnends using your unpaid vacation days to spend the Christmas season with your loved ones.

After the premiere of "Let's discuss business.", the additional line was changed to the following:

Message from the Administrator: In light of recent incidents, Haltmann Works Company wishes to remind its employees of their responsibility to report any unauthorized activity on the company intranet to their supervisors. Failure to carry out your duties will result in termination and punitive action.

After the loading sequence completes, the logo of Haltmann Works Company appears, along with the file directory. At the beginning of Arc 1, the logo had a tagline of "Your work, my profit". After the premiere of "Let's discuss business.", the tagline was changed to "Prosper eternally without end".

File Directory

The file directory contains 7 accessible folders, with "GRAND" initially being password-locked:

There is also a hidden directory titled "NOAKA", which can only be accessed by typing its path directly into the database.

The player can type the directory seen on top of the page (x:\), in which can also grant new secrets and path for the ARG. The file system used in the website can be browser by the url filesystem?location=x:/, with ?location= used as the location, and &content=1 used in the end of every file-type, as an example:
If the file has attribute content (for example https://hwcinternaldb.highquality.rip/filesystem?location=x:/paint/mashup_season.jpg for "mashup_season.jpg"), add &content=1 to grant access to the file (https://hwcinternaldb.highquality.rip/filesystem?location=x:/paint/mashup_season.jpg&content=1).

_HELP

_HELP is a folder that initially only included "README.TXT", which served as instructions on how to operate the website. During the ARG, two .txt files were added as hints for the MAXPH, FOOLS, and PAINT branches.

If you need to get to a specific directory (even if it's not listed), click into the file path at the top and type in the path you want to go to. Back slashes and forward slashes can be used interchangeably, and path names are case-insensitive.

GRAND

At the start of the ARG, the GRAND folder was password-locked. Using the password "Susie$777$", as hinted at by the source code of the database, shows as edited image of the "WINNERS DON'T USE THE AUTOMAP" anti-cheat screen from a Doom WAD called revenant by eric ball that says "WINNERS DON'T SEQUENCE BREAK THE ARG". The GRAND folder would not be unlockable until the resumption of the ARG in "Let's discuss business".
